These Systems Built Homes are built off site in a controlled environment to the North Carolina Residential Building Code. This is the same code that homes built on site are constructed to. Modular homes are available with or with out a structural steel support system. Available in up to 5 modules, our Modular Homes are considered Top of the Line in new home construction. Roof pitches up to 12/12 are available with finish able upstairs. These fine homes typically have 9’ Ceilings, Extensive Crown Moldings, Custom Cabinets, Designer Kitchens and more.
