The Modular Home Building Process
Royal Homes are designed, built and completed with you in mind. Each Modular Home undergoes rigorous inspection and is constantly monitored for quality control. At Royal Homes, our goal is to deliver a quality home that will give your family comfort and enjoyment for years to come.
Building your new home
Modular Home sections are created in a factory, with a quality control team checking each component thoroughly at every step. After completion, sections are safely transported to your home site, where they are placed on the foundation and completed. Wherever you choose to live in the Raleigh, NC area, we are able to build the home of your dreams.
Because each systems-built home component is crafted indoors by a professional team, construction of your home is not delayed due to weather, subcontractor no-shows or missing material. Homes are delivered to your chosen site up to 90% complete. With careful planning, you can be living in your new home in a matter of weeks after delivery, a great improvement over the months and months it takes to finish a site-built home.
Once the modular components arrive on your North Carolina homesite, the job is almost done! Your Royal Home is completed quickly by professional builders, who use quality materials and pay careful attention to details.
